Responsibilities include timely follow-up on leads, building rapport, presenting products, developing relationships, and creating proposals for installation teams. We value growth, training, and a collaborative, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year selling to customers face-to-face.
• Driven and passionate about the Hunt.
• Ability to cultivate existing relationships while farming for new ones.
• Dedication to the trade.
• Ability to close.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with HVAC systems (preferred, not required).
• Ability to canvass areas to gain leads.
• Weekly and monthly reports.
