The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, estimating costs, and presenting clear, practical proposals. You will interpret drawings and respond quickly to customer needs while ensuring high-energy, proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and sales aptitude are required.
• Financial acumen for cost modeling in proposals.
• Ability to develop technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision-making is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Mine for new accounts and develop mechanical project solutions for customers.
• Maintain existing client relationships and a steady backlog of quotes.
• Estimate repair/modification/replacement costs and apply pricing standards.
• Interpret drawings, equipment and job conditions to produce practical solutions.
• Identify prospects, follow up on leads, and establish customer rapport.
• Address customer concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction.
