Job summary

Duane Blanton Plumbing, Sewer, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Comfort Consultant to work with the HVAC and Sales Managers to achieve KPIs, budgets, and goals. You will engage with customers to understand needs, offer solutions, provide quotes, support field technicians, and manage post-sale projects.

The role emphasizes converting leads, educating on financing options, and traveling to customer homes. A strong sales background and Service Titan familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales leads into sold work for the HVAC install department.
• Interpret service technician recommendations and educate customers on home repair needs.
• Develop multiple service options to meet long-term home repair needs.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Educate customers on financing options.
• Collect client information and maintain interaction notes.
• Travel to customer homes.
• Participate in required trainings and meetings.
