Job summary

The Green Air Group LLC is seeking an HVAC Comfort Consultant to meet with homeowners and light commercial clients to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs. You will educate customers on options, present proposals, and guide them to suitable systems while coordinating with installation teams.

Responsibilities include documenting jobsite conditions, maintaining records in ServiceTitan, and ensuring smooth handoffs from sales to installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and light commercial customers to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort concerns.
• Educate customers on available HVAC options, warranties, financing, and maintenance.
• Prepare and present accurate written proposals using company pricing.
• Obtain signatures, deposits, financing approvals, and related documents.
• Ensure installation handoff with complete, accurate documentation.
• Maintain customer follow-up and an active sales pipeline.
