Job summary
The Green Air Group LLC is seeking an HVAC Comfort Consultant in Destin, Florida. You will meet with homeowners and light commercial customers to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, then educate customers on options and financing.
You will manage the sales process from consultation to installation handoff with a focus on comfort, efficiency, reliability, and budget alignment. The role emphasizes accurate site evaluations, thorough documentation, and maintenance of pricing
Qualifications
- Proven consultative selling and closing abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing project pricing and financing with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and light commercial customers to evaluate HVAC needs and comfort concerns.
- Prepare and present accurate written proposals using company-approved pricing.
- Document installation requirements and ensure complete, accurate handoff to the installation team.
- Follow up on unsold estimates and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Provide professional, educational customer experience and address questions/objections.
