Job summary

The Green Air Group is seeking an HVAC Comfort Consultant to meet with homeowners and light commercial clients, assess heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, and propose suitable replacement or upgrade options.

You will manage the sales process from initial consultation through proposal, financing, and installation handoff, delivering a consultative experience and educating customers on system features and warranties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 Previous residential HVAC replacement sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and light commercial customers to evaluate heating, cooling, and air quality needs.
• 2 Present multiple equipment options and prepare written proposals.
• 3 Coordinate with management for installation handoff and documentation in ServiceTitan.
• 4 Respond promptly to customer questions and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• 5 Ensure accurate, complete documentation of pricing, terms, and installation requirements.
