Job summary

The Green Air Group LLC is seeking an HVAC Comfort Consultant to meet with homeowners and light commercial clients to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, and recommend appropriate replacement or upgrade solutions.

You will manage the sales process from consultation through proposals, financing, signed agreements, and installation handoff, educating customers and presenting options that balance comfort, efficiency, reliability, and budget.

Qualifications

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience explaining technical information to customers.
Ability to use smartphones, tablets, CRM systems, estimating software.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners and light commercial customers to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort concerns.
Prepare and present written proposals using company-approved pricing.
Coordinate with installation team to ensure proper handoff of sold projects.
Provide professional, consultative sales experience and follow up on unsold estimates.
Maintain accurate documentation in ServiceTitan and ensure compliance with company standards.
Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to maintenance agreements.
