• Ability to present HVAC solutions to customers.
• Comfort Advisor/Sales role requiring quotes and order closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
• Determine customer requirements to make additional recommendations.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products for professional presentation to customers.
• Increase sales and average order size by promoting maintenance memberships and air quality solutions.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotes and pricing to convert leads.
