Job summary

Airco Service in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor/Sales Associate to identify, quote, and close HVAC solutions for prospective and existing customers. You will determine customer requirements, present optimal options, and expand knowledge to illustrate value.

You will lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction, follow up post-sale and with open quotes to increase conversions, and build lasting relationships. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales and customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, quote, and close HVAC solutions for customers.
• Determine customer requirements and make additional recommendations.
• Stay updated on products to present professionally to customers.
• Grow sales by promoting maintenance memberships and air quality solutions.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up after sale to confirm quotes and pricing.
• Follow up on open quotes to increase conversions.
• Overcome objections from prospects.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in trade shows, referral groups, and other sales activities.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Maintain professional appearance and service standards.
• Visit job sites to measure or provide client services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms based on profitability.
• Assist with collections and payments.
