• Ability to contact customers, provide quotes, and close orders.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions for customers.
• Determine customer requirements and recommendations to increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products to present professionally to customers.
• Increase sales and average order size by promoting maintenance memberships and air quality solutions.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotes to convert proposals into orders.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
