Job summary

Airco Service, Inc in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor/Sales Associate to identify customer needs, present quotes, and close HVAC solutions.

You'll grow sales, promote maintenance memberships and air quality options, and lead the sales process from first contact to post-sale follow-up. Evening and weekend work is required; visits to job sites are expected to deliver professional service and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling HVAC solutions to homeowners or businesses.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell maintenance memberships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products to present professionally.
• Increase sales and average order size by showing value of maintenance memberships and air quality solutions.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure quotes and pricing are received.
• Follow up with open quotes to increase conversions.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in trade shows and referral groups to support corporate efforts.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Visit job sites to measure or provide client services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms according to profitability requirements.
