Job summary

Airco Service in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor/Sales Associate to identify, quote, and close HVAC solutions for prospective and existing customers. You will determine customer requirements, present optimal options, and expand knowledge to illustrate value.

You will lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction, follow up post-sale and with open quotes to increase conversions, and build lasting relationships. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales and customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, quote, and close HVAC solutions for customers.

Airco Service is currently seeking experienced Comfort Advisor/ Sales Associate in Little Rock, AR.

Job Description

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products so that these products can be presented professionally to our customers and potential customers.
• Increase sales and average order size by showing the value of our maintenance membership and other air quality solutions.
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all quotes, information, and pricing has been received.
• Follow up with open quotes and build value to increase conversions.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers.
• Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services.
• Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to the company's customer and transaction profitability requirements.
• Assisting with collections and collecting payments.
