This consultative sales role leverages company-generated opportunities, guiding customers through equipment, financing, warranty, and installation considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable discussing technical options with homeowners.
• Strong follow-up and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work toward sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC replacement needs.
• Review existing equipment and discuss comfort, efficiency, and budget priorities.
• Recommend heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Present equipment, financing, warranty, and installation options.
• Prepare accurate proposals and explain recommendations clearly.
• Follow up on open estimates and pending decisions.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams after the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer notes, proposals, and sales activity.
• Stay current on products, promotions, financing, and available equipment options.
