Acute Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners and light commercial customers find the best comfort solutions. You will educate clients on energy-efficient options and guide them through replacements, upgrades, and IAQ products.

The role uses company-generated leads and technician referrals, with strong emphasis on building relationships, presenting proposals, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and replacement sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM software and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and light commercial customers to evaluate comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Respond to leads generated through service technicians, maintenance visits, marketing efforts, and inquiries.
• Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations.
• Present repair versus replacement options and financing to customers.
