Job summary

Cloud Comfort HVAC is seeking a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor & In-Home Sales Consultant to meet homeowners, assess comfort needs, and propose efficient, high-value cooling and heating solutions. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions with earning potential up to $200,000, plus a fast-paced, target-driven environment and ongoing training to help you grow into leadership.

Based in California's South Bay Area, you will build trust with homeowners during in-home consultations and guide

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Consultative or in-home sales experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is optional; training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to discuss comfort goals and system needs.
• Build trust through a consultative sales process.
• Recommend HVAC solutions based on property, budget and priorities.
• Explain benefits of high-efficiency systems clearly.
• Present Cloud Comfort HVAC products and services professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and existing opportunities.
• Advance opportunities through strong communication and follow-through.
• Exceed individual sales targets.
• Stay current on products, services, and industry developments.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the team to support satisfaction and growth.
