Aire Serv in Avon, OH is seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant – Comfort Advisor to help grow our market with tailored heating and cooling solutions. You will work with leadership, homeowners, and installation teams to deliver high-efficiency comfort and drive our sales engine.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum 2 to 3+ years of successful residential HVAC or in-home sales experience.
• Required: Proven track record of managing a personal pipeline and closing consumer-facing deals.
• Preferred: Experience with local business networking, prospecting, and self-lead generation in the home services sector.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, in-home consultative sales presentations to residential clients, assessing their heating and cooling needs.
• Perform precise heat loss/gain calculations and equipment sizing using modern iPad tools (Conduit LiDAR technology).
• Drive local outreach and brand presence through active involvement in community networking (e.g., BNI, Chamber of Commerce) and self-generated prospecting alongside company leads.
• Lead daily huddles and maintain close communication with installers and service technicians to ensure flawless handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong pipeline discipline by systematically following up on open proposals and seeing every sales opportunity through to completion.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, biweekly sales coaching, and portal training programs.
