Degree Heating & Cooling in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a results-driven Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose the right HVAC solutions. You’ll meet clients in their homes, present options, and tailor recommendations to maximize comfort and value.

Back at the office, you’ll assemble quotes and proposals, attend training, and train new staff. A strong outside sales background, HVAC knowledge, and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong communicator with ability to explain maintenance concepts.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and maintenance needs.
• Active Driver’s License.
• Tech-savvy with tablets and field software.
• Experience developing quotations and proposals.
• Experience meeting clients in their homes is desirable.
• Time management, organization and presentation skills.
• Sales pipeline management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes and advise on correct heating and cooling system solutions.
• Educate clients on HVAC replacement equipment and indoor air quality products.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales and installation process.
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Build long-term successful client relationships.
