Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a results-driven Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through HVAC selections, assess needs, and present best-fit solutions during home visits. You will leverage leads, close sales, and provide follow-up support while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (HVAC experience not required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Consent to background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC products and services with clear explanations.
• Prepare accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements.
• Close sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Leverage company-provided and self-generated leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend ongoing training to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
• Document sales activities and installation schedules.
