Job summary

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Comfort Advisor to drive profitable installation projects. You will educate customers on new comfort systems, prepare proposals, and price jobs according to company standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time/full-time), year-round work, paid training, and a robust benefits package. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually with weekly pay and a generous PTO program.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Sales experience.
• 1 year of HVAC experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on benefits of new comfort systems.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance.
• Assist customers to identify needs and obtain authorized agreements for all jobs.
• Prepare proposals and price jobs within company guidelines.
• Follow up after site visits to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with installers and support staff to schedule and complete jobs.
