Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is hiring a Comfort Advisor in Everett, WA to guide homeowners through HVAC decisions, present solutions, and close sales. You’ll apply sales experience and our training to identify customer needs and develop trusted relationships within a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes flexible hours (evenings/weekends), uncapped earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees and families.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience not required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test required (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC solutions and explain products and services to help customers decide.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing estimates.
• Close sales using effective techniques to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
• Attend ongoing training on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.
