Onehourcomfort is hiring a results-driven Comfort Advisor to meet homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, and present tailored HVAC solutions. You will build trust, document sales, and guide customers through a proven process designed to maximize close rates.

The role offers high earning potential through commissions, industry-leading leads, and ongoing training. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected to capitalize on peak home-sales periods.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred; HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in commission-based sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce preferred.
