Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to help homeowners select the best HVAC solutions. You will use your sales skills, participate in ongoing training, and manage end-to-end sales from consultations to close. Flexible hours, evenings, and weekends are required.

The role emphasizes customer needs assessment, solution presentation, and accurate estimates, with unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience not required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be willing to consent to undergoing a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Explain products and services to help customers decide.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate pricing estimates based on requirements.
• Close Sales: Use sales techniques to convert consultations into sales and meet targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication to ensure satisfaction and provide support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training on products, strategies, and trends.
• Documentation: Keep records of sales activities, interactions, and installation schedules.
