Job summary

Cole Services in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team. You will meet with residential customers, assess HVAC needs, present system options, financing, and comfort solutions, and close deals using our proven sales process.

You must have at least 3 years in HVAC or in-home sales, strong communication and relationship skills, and be comfortable with tablets and CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience required.
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales technology.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities
