Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience required.
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales technology.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential customers to assess HVAC needs and recommend solutions.

• Close sales using our proven Service MVP sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in ServiceTitan.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution.
