Job summary

Complete Comfort is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to own residential and light commercial projects from start to finish. This hands-on role requires 5+ years of installation experience, EPA certification, and the ability to lead crew members while ensuring quality and code compliance.

We offer competitive pay: $28-$38/hour and $65,000-$85,000+ annual earnings, with bonuses, excellent benefits, and a strong employer-paid medical plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required; Universal preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead/install crew and train helpers.
• Proficient with residential and light commercial installations.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, ventilation equipment, and related components.
• Take responsibility for installation projects from preparation through completion.
• Help direct and train installation helpers and other crew members.
• Verify installations meet company quality standards and applicable codes.
• Identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Explain new HVAC systems and basic operation to homeowners.
• Coordinate with dispatch and project teams to keep installations on schedule.
• Ensure equipment is installed correctly, efficiently, and safely.

Take Ownership of HVAC Installations

Complete Comfort is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Technician who can take ownership of residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish.

This is a hands-on position for someone with 5+ years of HVAC installation experience who can produce quality work, help guide other installers, and keep projects moving efficiently. If you're ready for more responsibility without stepping away from the field, this could be a great fit.

Compensation & Benefits

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Previous crew lead or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and code requirements
• EPA certification required; Universal preferred
• Experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or Generac is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting the rest of the installation team
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
