Job summary

You will work with customers, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure safety, efficiency, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical construction, commercial HVAC, chiller service or related industry.
• Experience managing mechanical/HVAC/chiller projects preferred.
• Experience coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, vendors and customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates, scopes of work, contracts and customer requirements to establish project objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, technicians, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors for project execution.
