The role focuses on maximizing asset value, delivering exceptional resident service, and leading a team of Community Service Technicians to complete service requests promptly.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified (Type II/III or Universal) or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Minimum 5 years of property maintenance experience on large sites (500+ units).
• At least 2 years of direct management experience or in a qualifying management program.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize life and value of physical assets.
• Deliver high service levels to residents and guests.
• Perform and oversee all repair and maintenance services in your portfolio.
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal across properties.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage on-site staff.
