You are an experienced, HVAC‑certified (Type II, Type III or Universal) Property Maintenance Supervisor with at least five (5) years of regional, multisite or large site (500+ units) property maintenance experience and at least two (2) years of direct management experience. You have a passion for delivering the utmost customer service, especially as you lead a team that interacts most with our residents. You are responsible for maximizing the life and value of physical assets and performing/overseeing all maintenance activities performed by Community Service Technicians in your assigned portfolio of properties, including timely completion of service requests, maintenance of curb appeal, and optimization of the life and value of the physical assets in your portfolio.
