Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure all service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to prepare for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance per company policy.
