The position involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, with opportunities for advancement and on-site training.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Technician License is required.
• Two years of experience in multifamily housing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and document work orders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/building systems in a multi-family property.
• Troubleshoot/repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Promote safety and professional conduct on site.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Executive Director.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
