Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current HVAC certification required. EPA 608 certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on facilities or maintenance experience, with significant HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform repairs/adjustments.
• Coordinate with outside HVAC contractors for complex services.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Perform general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other systems.
