Olympus Fenwick, part of Olympus Property, is seeking a Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to service our apartment communities. The role supports the service and office teams to uphold property standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial/residential/apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license preferred.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests (plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair).
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units; replace filters and clean coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances (refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, microwaves).
• Make minor/moderate plumbing repairs and install fixtures.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and locks; manage doors and lock systems.
