Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC industry and building automation systems
- Experience with designing and commissioning control systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with relevant software
Responsibilities
- Designs and configures building control systems per contract documents
- Develops software programs to operate the system
- Coordinates drawings, equipment schedules, and submittals
- Orders and tracks materials and coordinates installation
- Assists in loading, commissioning, and validation of systems
- Provides as-built documentation and keeps stakeholders informed
- Supports safety practices on site
