Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a national HVAC distributor, is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate in Wilmington, NC. You will deliver exceptional customer service to HVAC professionals, apply product knowledge, and support sales at the counter.

Responsibilities include processing orders, stocking, assisting with technical support, and occasional travel for training as needed. This role offers performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience with P&L responsibilities is preferred.
• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales growth.
• Ability to analyze customer, market, and competitor data to inform planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders accurately and handle transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, specifications and pricing.
• Monitor and replenish stock; assist with inventory counts.
• Assist customers with technical questions and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean counter area and complete paperwork for transactions.
• Travel to other locations for training and meetings as needed.
