Carrier Enterprise, a leading national HVAC distributor, is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate in Roanoke, VA. You will be the face of the branch, delivering expert product knowledge and friendly service to HVAC professionals and contractors.

You'll greet customers, process orders, manage inventory, and support technical troubleshooting while upholding safety and accuracy. Travel for training may be required with advance notice.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss preferred.
• Experience in leading people in retail.
• Ability to drive sales growth in a retail setting.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities
