Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distributor, seeks a Branch Sales Associate in Columbia, SC to greet customers, provide product knowledge, and support HVAC/R professionals.

You will process orders, manage stock, assist with technical issues, and ensure safety and accuracy of documentation. Occasional travel for training or meetings is required; performance-based bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience leading people in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find HVAC/R products and supplies, with expert advice.
• Process orders accurately including pricing, invoicing, and payments.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on inventory and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with shelf replenishment and counts.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting HVAC/R equipment and components.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the counter area clean and organized.
• Complete paperwork for transactions, returns, and warranties.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings.
