Carrier Enterprise is a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts and supplies. The Branch Sales Associate serves as the face of the branch, delivering expert product advice and exceptional customer service to HVAC/R professionals and contractors at the store.

You will process orders, manage inventory, and support technicians with product information, while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams or projects with P&L awareness.
• Proven ability to grow sales in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with HVAC/R product selection.
• Process orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Provide basic technical support for HVAC/R equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean work area.
• Complete transaction paperwork, invoices, returns, and warranty claims.
• Willingness to travel for training and meetings as needed.
