Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate in Columbia, MO to support HVAC professionals and contractors with product knowledge and service excellence.

You will greet customers, process orders, manage inventory, and assist with technical questions while adhering to safety standards and documentation requirements. This role may require travel for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage retailer or contractor accounts.
• Experience leading teams or projects in a retail environment.
• Ability to analyze customer, market, and competitor data for planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find HVAC products and supplies with expert advice.
• Process orders accurately, handle payments, and invoice correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and inventory on the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the store manager.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and tech-related questions.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the counter area organized.
• Complete paperwork for transactions including returns and warranties.
