You will process orders, manage stock, provide technical support, and travel as needed for training, with performance-based bonuses and incentives. This role emphasizes teamwork and strong customer relationships to drive branch success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience leading people in a retail environment.
• Experience using data to drive sales and planning.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience managing in a B2B distribution or wholesale sales environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor stock and assist with regular counts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Ensure safety and keep counter area clean and organized.
• Complete paperwork for transactions, including invoices and returns.
