Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is hiring a Part Time Branch Sales Associate in Richmond, VA. You will be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service and product guidance to HVAC/R professionals. The role includes handling orders, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will work with licensed dealers and contractors, with potential bonuses based on sales performance, and opportunities for growth within the nationwide CE network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Leadership roles with P&L experience is preferred.
• Background leading people in a retail environment is desired.
• Track record of growing sales in retail settings.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate.
• Ability to analyze customer, market, and competitor data to inform planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders accurately and handle payments and invoicing.
• Maintain product knowledge and pricing information.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Provide technical support for HVAC/R equipment and components.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the counter area organized.
