Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distributor, seeks a Branch Sales Manager in Houston to lead a branch team and own the P&L. You will drive sales growth, hire and mentor staff, and optimize operations from receiving to inventory management.

This role offers performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has strong customer-service experience, prior leadership with P&L responsibility, and a track record in retail or wholesale sales within HVAC products.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; associate degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams with P&L responsibility is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building in a B2B distribution environment.
• Ability to analyze customer, market, and competitor data to drive planning.
• Experience in a retail environment and in HVAC products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales plans to meet goals.
• Lead and develop branch team, driving performance and customer service.
• Grow the customer base and identify new sales channels.
• Utilize CE’s technology to promote sales and operational excellence.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff; manage day-to-day operations.
