Job summary

BinaryBees Business Solutions LLC in Oak Creek, Wisconsin seeks a hands-on Branch Manager to lead an HVAC wholesale-distribution location. You will own daily branch operations, direct the team, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, showroom presentation, shipping and receiving, safety, and support for inside and outside sales, while conducting regular performance reviews and coaching to grow the staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least two years of branch or operations-management experience in wholesale.
• Proven ability to lead employees and improve performance.
• Knowledge of inventory, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, customer service, and sales support.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish structure in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Monitor performance and address service/operational issues promptly.
• Use reports to manage activity, inventory, customer needs, and performance.
