Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager to lead the location and drive growth. You will hire staff, manage operations, and ensure high service levels for internal and external customers.

The role requires at least 3 years in HVAC installation/repair and 3 years in management, with strong communication and customer interaction. Fluency in English is typical; Spanish is a plus in a diverse market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or team‑lead experience.
• 3+ years of HVAC installation or repair experience.
• Ability to relate well with employees at all levels and provide strong customer interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; computer‑savvy.
