Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with one year of customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R products, equipment, and components.
• Excellent customer service skills and active listening.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computerized sales and inventory management systems.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and team-oriented mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• May need to operate a forklift; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert product information and recommendations.
• Process customer orders accurately and invoice items correctly.
• Maintain understanding of inventory, pricing, and specifications.
