Nextech, a leading HVAC service provider, is seeking a Billing Specialist in Florida. You will process technician data for payroll/billing and materials for approval, acting as a key quality checkpoint for accuracy and completeness.

Ideal candidates have billing or customer service experience, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Office software proficiency and ability to work overtime are valued.

Qualifications

• Stable work experience in billing and/or customer service.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to learn software.
• 50+ WPM typing.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Verify/enter transactions into system.
• Verify accuracy of entered transactions.
• Prepare invoices to be submitted to customers.
• Submit prepared invoices for service manager approval.
• Monitor work order status for prompt processing.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately per client specs and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
