Job summary

Mirabito Energy Products Corporate Office Division is seeking an HVAC Billing Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hourly non-exempt role ensures accurate billing for service and install work, working closely with technicians, service managers, and accounting.

You will review work, capture services, materials, memberships and costs, assist customers with questions, and support accounts receivable while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Billing, bookkeeping, or administrative experience; HVAC or field service experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with billing or accounting software and data entry; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technicians, service managers, and accounting to review completed work and prepare accurate customer invoices.
• Ensure all services, materials, memberships, and costs are captured correctly, supporting timely billing and month-end reporting.
• Assist customers with invoice and payment questions, providing friendly, professional support and helping resolve discrepancies.
• Support billing and accounts receivable processes and reporting, while helping maintain compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and membership terms.

As an HVAC Service Billing Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring service and install work is billed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. You'll work closely with technicians, service managers, and accounting to turn completed work into clear, accurate customer invoices.
