Nextech in Melbourne, FL, is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to process technician data for payroll, billing and invoicing. You will act as the key quality check point to ensure accuracy and timely processing of transactions in line with client specifications and company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and enter transactions into the system.
• Verify accuracy of technician entered transactions.
• Prepare invoices to be submitted to customers.
• Submit prepared invoices for service manager approval.
• Monitor work order status for prompt processing.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately per client specifications and company policies.
• Other duties, as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing

Under the general guidance from the Billing Supervisor and Central Services Manager, the Billing Specialist will process technician data for tech payroll/billing and materials for local service manager approval and final invoice processing. The Billing Specialist position is the key quality check point within the company, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Min Compensation

USD $18.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred.


• Prior Billing-related experience preferred.


• Experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred
