Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Project Manager to independently develop plans, schedules and budgets for HVAC BAS projects in the Richardson, TX area. You will forecast revenues, track progress and drive on-time delivery with strong customer focus.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years HVAC BAS experience, leadership for small teams, and willingness to travel up to 50% in the greater Waco area and beyond. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC experience in the BAS industry.
• Experience leading small teams of 4-6 people.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the greater Waco area.
• Valid Driver’s Licence is required.
• AA/AS or BA/BS degree as stated preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large portfolio projects following project processes and provide direction to Field Engineers.
• Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget and on time with high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance including planning, billing, revenue forecasting and cost re-estimation.
• Coordinate project materials and shared resources and manage subcontractors.
