Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced HVAC Area Project Manager Lead to oversee commercial modernization and BAS controls projects across the North Texas coverage area. The role is hands-on and based in Dallas, TX, with a leadership focus and incentive eligibility.

You will supervise a team, manage budgets, schedule, and customer relationships, while driving project success across Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, OKC and Tulsa. Travel up to 35% is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years HVAC experience and 4+ years project management experience.
• Willing to travel up to 35% within the North Texas coverage area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the North Texas coverage area including Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, OKC, and Tulsa.
• Supervise and mentor a team of PMs, PEs, Controls Field Engineers, and Coordinators.
• Directly manage a portfolio of projects, handling planning, execution, and customer relationships.
• Lead project schedules with the team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and performance targets.
• Use Carrier PM tools to track project progress.
• Develop best practices for project management and KPI reporting.
• Recruit and staff project teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Carrier policies.
