Job summary

Carrier Commercial Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Area Project Manager Lead to oversee and manage construction modernization and BAS projects across the North Texas region from Dallas to surrounding areas. This is a working leadership role, staying hands-on in planning, execution and delivery.

Based in Dallas, TX, you will supervise a team of PMs, engineers and coordinators, manage budgets and schedules, maintain client relationships and drive project success through disciplined

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years HVAC experience.
• 4+ years project management experience.
• 1+ years Microsoft Office experience and ability to learn new software.
• Willing to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the North Texas coverage area including Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.
• Supervise and mentor a team consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Controls Field Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Directly manage a portfolio of projects alongside the team, owning planning, execution, financial performance, and customer relationships on assigned jobs.
• Lead and manage project schedules in collaboration with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure projects meet all milestones, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Utilize Carrier Project Management tools and systems to manage and track project progress.
